At UMIOBA, we take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
How to Report a Damaged Item:
- Email us at info@umioba.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
- After we review your request, we will offer:
- A replacement (if available), or
- A full refund to your original payment method
- You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where the product itself is damaged, packaging damage sustained during shipping is not eligible for return or refund.
- All damage claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 4–5 business days after approval.
